• Location: If you grant permission, we collect precise GPS data to estimate delivery times and help drivers find you.

2. How We Share Your Information

Your information is shared with several parties to make the service work:

• Restaurants: They receive your name, order details, and delivery address.
• Delivery personnel: They receive your contact information and location to complete the drop-off.
• Service providers: Third parties handling payment processing (such as Stripe or PayPal), cloud hosting, and marketing.
• Legal and business: Data may be shared in response to law enforcement requests, or if the company is sold or merged.

3. Your Rights and Control

Depending on where you live — including specific protections for California residents — you generally have the right to:

• Access and correct: See what data we hold about you and fix inaccuracies.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Opt out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails and push notifications.
• Cookies: Disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may break some app features.

4. Requesting Deletion of Your Account

To request deletion of your personal information, email privacy@dumeats.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Ask us to delete all personal data we have collected or processed about you, including your account profile, order history, contact information, and location data.

So we can verify your identity, include the following account details in your request:

• Phone number
